£225

Max. 6 students

Whether you’re presenting at work, leading a meeting, or delivering a speech, this workshop gives you practical and imaginative tools to manage stage fright and nerves — including those worst‑case scenarios you keep thinking about — and to help your audience connect with you and take in your message.

Small group size ensures individual attention and a friendly, non‑judgmental atmosphere.

Registration for this workshop closes March 16th.

    • Greater presence: learn how to root and centre yourself so your attention feels grounded and available to others.

    • Confident delivery: techniques for steady breath, clear articulation and vocal variety that suit the message and the room.

    • Managing nerves: practical exercises to reduce adrenaline, reframe fear and transform it into usable energy.

    • Audience connection: tools to read and engage your listeners, build rapport fast and make your message memorable.

    • Rehearsal methods: imaginative, performance‑informed practices to embed material and make delivery feel natural, not rehearsed.

    • Professionals who present regularly or occasionally and want to reduce anxiety and increase impact.

    • Anyone who wants to be heard, understood and remembered when speaking to groups.

  • By the end of the workshop you will be able to present with clearer voice, steadier breath and a calmer mind; recover quickly from disruptions; and create genuine connection so your audience receives and remembers your message.

    • A short piece to present (work presentation, short speech or prepared talk, can also be a piece of poetry or textthat you like).

    • Openness to experiment and receive direct feedback.
